DSWD Annual Report Compliance

The Foundation already submitted the reportorial requirements to Department of Social Welfare and Development ( DSWD ) such as;
1. Annual Report for 2016
2. Fund Utilization Report Fiscal year 2016 and
3. Audited Financial Statements
as registered Agency. After a few months, an acknowledgement letter was received from DSWD and stated that they appreciate the contribution of the Foundation in improving the lives of marginalized sector of the society through our Adopt-A-school program, distribution of school supplies to students of public elementary schools, medical and dental missions, scholarships for deserving and indigent students, livelihood and disaster relief. The Foundation is compliant to the standard fund allocation and utilization of DSWD which is 80% – 20% program and administrative expenses. They are looking forward for the continuous service of the Foundation for the welfare of the clientele being served.
