In an effort to foster education, JD Pamana  Foundation, Inc. in partnership with Victory Christian Church launched one of its community based education program. Vocational Training courses were offered free to residents of certain communities. Its aim is to extend assistance to out of school youth who were unable to get any formal college education and to the local residents of the community for them to be able to acquire technical skills training and to start up their own livelihood based on what they have learned on the lectures and/or training. The lecture/training is accredited by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).

The facilitator, Mr. Danilo G. Moreno, is also an instructor in TESDA and also owns his own automotive air conditioning shop where most of the students held their on the job training (OJT).

The class, who were carefully listening and learning their manuals, were composed of 39 enrolees, two of which were women who want to further their knowledge in technical skills.

After sixty (60) hours of lectures and on the job training, on September 23, 2012 certificates of training was given to students who successfully completed the course.
