For the second year in a row, the Foundation has chosen the students of Tapuyan Elementary School for its “Adopt-A-Student Project”. Under this project, the Foundation will again provide for free the one year school supply of each student of the school. The faculty and the families of the students were so elated to hear the good news.
Preparation for packing of the school supplies were made by the workforce of the foundation.
It was then delivered to the school where, a representative of the Foundation, Engr. George Culanculan received the supplies.
Upon the arrival of the Foundation Team on June 2, 2014, the school children were gathered to hear an inspiring Bible story from Ptr. Ronel Fuldgado of Victory Christian Church, Imus, Cavite. Ptr. Ronel, Rollie Castelltort and Noel Lagdameo came with the team to assist in the distribution of school supplies. VCC is a partner of the Foundation.
Then came June 3, 2014, the day where the children were about to receive their school supplies. They cannot hide their excitement when the boxes of school supplies were delivered to each room and was opened for distribution.
The signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed by Mr. Dan de los Reyes, JD Pamana President, Ms. Medeline Mondoñedo, Tapuyan Head Teacher, witnessed by Ms. Julie Parungao, JD Pamana Treasurer, Mr. Gary Sore, Tapuyan Elementary School PTA President and Pastor Ronelo Fuldgado of Victory Christian Church.
The remaining excess supplies were also turned over to Ms. Medeline Mondoñedo, Head Teacher in Charge of Tapuyan Elementary School.
